My boyfriend's car was illegally towed from here. The management authorized such towing. They said he was parked in a fire lane, he was absolutely not. The management was completely unhelpful and rude. Do not move here.

I know the parking here for visitors is bad, but he parked in a NO PARKING ZONE... what did you expect? Just because he couldn't find a spot near your apartment for his "visit" doesn't give him authority to park wherever he wants!
