Lord (or whoever/whatever) have mercy! Where do I begin' Well, the manager could use some people skills (Does she ever return phone calls in a timely manner'). Parking is a mess - good luck finding a space for your family and/or friends. And, if you do find a spot, your automobile is at the mercy of the local hoodlum "valet service". I know too many people (including friends) who had their vehicles broken into. Need more insider info' Beyond the beautiful landscape, keep an eye out for the occasional/random grafitti decorating the premises courtesy of the neighborhood gangs. If you are curious to meet these fine Americans, cruise the 'hood (esp. Belleview) - some areas are eerily reminiscent of a Mexican border town minus the donkey show. Did I ever mention the noise (although this has improved with the new management)' Don't say I didn't warn you! Oh, be sure to check out the shoddy construction. I cannot tell you how many times the poor staff has had to rebuild or repair my apartment. If Alexan (Alanza) was a home, I would have the realtor's head on a stick. For kicks, be sure you contact the local police for crime statistics in this shantytown of Phoenix. Afterwords, schedule an appointment with your physician because he/she may have to surgically reconstruct your dropped jaw! Oh, did I forget to mention some of my "neighbors" (renters)' Most are cool, but a few remind me of unsavory characters out of "Menace to Society" and "American Beauty". If Hollywood needs some stunt doubles, I know a few bozos.

Okay, I am done ranting. Many thanks to the employees who cared, esp. the maintenance crew. I am SO out of this beautiful-looking dump! :)
