the bad: we have lived here for a year (we're moving out in june) and in the past 4-5 months we've had a horrible problem with roaches! they're ALL over our kitchen, it's disgusting. the exterminator has come many times, but it doesn't seem to help. there are always lots of drunk, obnoxious people at the pool and hot tub, especially at night. the neighborhood does seem dangerous at night, i would never walk around alone after dark. and at 8am every weekend morning the maintenance person drags the garbage to the dumpster with his golf cart, then puts it into the trash compactor and bangs the metal garbage container on the dumpster wall repeatedly, waking up everyone who lives on the southeast corner of the building. (don't get an apt on the southeast corner!)

the good- beautiful complex, beautiful apartments. we have a large kitchen and an open, well-designed floor plan. the apartments are pre-wired for cable and internet, which is really nice. the fitness center is really big compared to other apartments i've seen. the grills are great. the huge hallways and elevators make moving in really easy. also, every apartment gets a parking space underground in the parking garage which is wonderful, especially in the summer when it's so hot outside.

I've never had any problems w/ roaches and have been here for a long time. I know they have pest control spray the building all the time- personally I think roaches come when there are dirty people living in the apartment. Sorry. The apartments are great and I don't know why you're such a hater- I personally have never liked a place so much. Secondly, people can't even be outside at the pool past 11 anyways...that's when it closes. I drink and have fun- sorry if you're not a fun person. =)
