We have lived here for almost a year now. The complex is very nice compaired to the apts close by. The rent is a bit higher but it is worth it to live here. We live in a large one bedroom and have a PERFECT view of Camelback Mtn. I feel very safe here walking alone at night. There is a courtyard that is lighted to walk dogs in at night. The hallways are kept very clean. We love the washer and drier in our apt. Our family that has visited all have said this is a very nice place. We have only heard our neighbors once. Maintenance is very friendly and fix problems the same day or close to. The only problem has been not getting the monthly rent/fee bill in a timely manor for about 6 mo now. This does not seem to be very hard to do but about the day before the rent is due you have a slip on your door if you are lucky otherwise you are to check in with the office for your amt due. And if you are late you will have extra fees to pay!
