MAINTAINENCE IS HORRIBLE

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Took them a year to put the weights in the gym, after pestering them for a year. Now the pedestrian gate is bad, and its been 3 weeks, and its still not fixed.
for the last year or so, there has been no janitor in the complex. Its filthy dirty.
