I lived at Alanza Place for close to 3 years. During that time I renewed a new lease about 3 times. I never had any issues at Alanza. No crime, no homeless people, no noise, none of that. The garage parking was fine. Never had any issues with my car. I lived on the Belleview side and parking on the street worked out fine.

Not sure what some of the negative comments are about. I guess everyone has their own experiences. I never had a problem with management. I thought they were nice and resolved any issues or maintenance that I had. Nothing wrong with the neighborhood either. Its not north Scottsdale, but its not bad like some people try to make it out.

I only left because I relocated to TX. I would recommend and live their again if I ever came back to PHX. The only issue was if you lived right by an entrance or exit gate, the gate slammed really loud by your window. It sucked late night if you were sleep. And also the fact that the key code to the entrance gate on the Belleview side often malfunctioned. Thats it though.
