This was the worst place that I have ever lived. Where to start....ever since they dropped the Archstone name, they have been absolutely terrible. The management team is unresponsive, and slow to respond to any concerns. I had ants in my apartment, and had to caulk the holes shut myself. I asked for over a year to have the correct size screen put in my bedroom window, but kept getting the response that it was on backorder (when I got a response at all). I constantly have dog waste and empty beer cans in my yard (I do not own a dog, and recycle all of my own beer cans). My parking space floods every time it rains (or when they leave the sprinklers on all night), and I have to wade through 6 inches of water to get in my truck. When I moved in, I was told by Archstone that I could keep my $300 grill on my patio, but the new management made me ged rid of it. I was extremely unpleased about that. The gate never works, and is more of a nuisance than anything else. It does not keep anyone out that wants to get in, they just wait and "piggyback" on other residents. There are constantly shopping carts left in the common areas of the complex. The sauna has not worked in the 2 years that I have been there, and the radio in the gym is never left on despite several residents' requests. My advice to anyone thinking about living here is FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!!
