HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AT FOOTHILLS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Buyer Beware They are very untrustworthy. Look elsewhere or you will regret signing your lease with them. They don't give you a final bill when you exit. They turn you right over to collections. Never sent us a letter. Told us by phone we would get the bill. And then a collections letter. We have rented all over the U.S. and this is the most mis-managed complex especially the top managers. Don't believe me - you will see if you rent here. Go elsewhere!
