3 year tenant From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   OK...there are some extreme reviews here...I'm not here to bash anyone personally...I have to say that I love the office staff that's been there for a while. Especially, Matty. She's always gone beyond the norm to help me. I don't know the new one's. The old maintenance guys were great, the new one's are scary lookin, they smell bad, and I wouldn't want them in my apartment unless I was there. I don't know about the new management, I've never met him/her...not even a letter introducing the new manager...nothing...the jacuzzi has been broken for over a month now, and the grass has been dead since new management came in...did they forget to pay the water bill' The landscapers' Other than that, I love the layout of my apartment, I feel safe here, and it's usually relatively clean around the property (has deteriorated severly since new management/maintenance took over). So why am I still here' Bottom line is this...the location is where I need to be for my kids school and daycare, the neighbors don't bother me, and I can afford the rent.
