Years at this apartment:
2002
-
2003
I lived in this dump for a year and a half while attending a nearby school. Where can i begin'
The word "Slum" comes to mind. Very bad neighborhood, very low income housing nearby and gangsters walking the streets. Thick walls, i'll give it that, but the neighbors still manage to get their bumping bass up all the way. The building-wide fire alarm goes off every few days...except the day that the downstairs apartment burned to a crisp. The pool is dirty as sin, and the "Spa" is now completely filled with gravel by office staff(What, too much work to clean once in a while'). There was an apartment on the 3rd floor raided by the FBI for running a meth lab. Gangster-wannabes staring at you. One guy is an ex-cop (i think) and walks around with his gun in his waistband. VERY SAFE INDEED HUH' Laundry room is dirty. A/C Breaks every few months in the summer and the staff is slow to replace/repair. One maintenance guy, and he has a bum leg so he has trouble getting around. My truck was broken into twice, my roomates truck was broken into as well. Office staff didn't give a damn. Their "Courtesy Patrol" was a 17 year old kid in a beat up honda weilding a flashlight.
I feel safe, how about you' Paint peeling inside, smelled like smoke when i moved in, very dirty place, unsafe, unfit living conditions, office staff if helpful and has a beautiful office DONT LET THAT FOOL YOU
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
By the way, the "Rec Room/Excercise Room" they have is locked w/a padlock because of graffiti. They do not have plans to ever reopen it.
