Can't leave soon enough From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I have been here for 4 years and the management team has turned over more times than I can count on one hand. As for their features, not everything you read is true! The gates haven't worked in over a year, no hot tub, Emergency Maintenance-they turn off the phone on the weekends. Had to wait 3 days to get a used fridge from an empty unit (and there are plenty of them)! I had to track down the maintenance man because management never told them. Air doesn't work correctly, one bedroom get no air at all. Average summer SRP bill is over 200.00 and that is having it set at 80 degrees! And as for safety, not all the fire alarms work, and the outside lights by the stairs don't work either.
