Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
My husband and I are seniors from "up north" and spent a month last Fall (2008) renting, and were so impressed we concluded a mortgage contract for a 1 bdrm condo on the ground floor by the time we were back home! We spent 3 months in our new "Winter" home and were delighted with the condo, the neighbors, the pool, the facilities, and everyone we met were as kind and charming as could be! We are delighted with our investment and plan to enjoy many years of sunshine in this beautiful city and State. Bless you all! Cathrine M.
