Overall good. The staff definately took a turn for the worse, but the maintenance staff was always right on. It did seem though toward the end of my residencey there that they were accepting a lower grade of people to live there. However, I always felt safe and felt safe with my kids playing there. I do kno wfor a fact that the package situation is serious. On two seperate occasions I took a wrong package home. Who knows if I ever list one. They are strict with the late policy also. But in summation, a nice place to live. Its Phoenix so of course it is crowded. I would rate it a 4 out of 5.
