I have had no problems living here.

I did live in a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom.

The rent is just right for me.

I did have an ant problem, but they promptly had someone come and spray.

I suspected that a tiny, tiny hole in the kitchen was the culprit and they sealed it off.

No more ant problems.

The only crickets I have are the ones that my cats bring in from the balcony.

=o)

The complex has notified of us of some crime issues, but (thank goodness) I have not had an issue.

Then again crime is EVERYWHERE.

This is the first apartment that I have lived in with someone living above me in approx.

10 years.

I do hear my neighbor walking around because he/she walks extremely heavy.

No problems with internet connection.

There are times that it can be slow, but nothing for me to complain about quite frankly.

When I need it, it is there and it works.

I don't have any interaction with the staff because I really don't go to the office.

When I have, they have been friendly.

There are not too many complexes that I would live in around this area (other than San Melia), so I am quite happy.

I am right by the highway - who can beat that'

As a former NYer, we don't interact with building management as much as I read with people here.

Heck, all you had was a building superintendent.

What I get here for my money is a lot more than what I got in NY.

I guess that is why I don't have too many issues.
