I made a brief stop at my apartment at 8:30am Oct 13 and found my parking area roped off with police crime tape.

I saw blood in the parking lot around my apartment and shortly after learned that one of my neighbors had gone on a killing spree in my complex murdering some of my neighbors.

I arrived home later to pick up some of my things and saw a man in a head to toe white body suit scrubbing the blood from the sidewalks with a broom.

I saw this for three days as I picked up some of my things.

It was so disturbing.

I can't stay at my apartment because I am too scared.

Andante issued a letter to all residents offering a chance to "speak out about their concerns" at 7pm on Nov 3.

It's hard enough to go there during the day to pack up my apartment! You couldn't pay me to be there at night! Andante hired a security guard at each gate for just 3 days following the traumatic event.

I have learned that our lease terms are no longer valid after a felony has been committed on the premises.

You are entitled to a safe and comfortable living environment according to the Arizona State Law and Andante has not provided this.

Just go to the office and tell them how you feel and they have to accommodate you move out request.

If they give you a problem call a lawyer.
