Andante is managed by SNK Property Management and they have numerous complexes in Phoenix, Arizona and the Western U.S. The buck starts/stops with them.
As for Andante, I do not recommend it. Problems include bugs (crickets & roaches), faulty construction such as doors are not sealed well. Doors inside apartment can't be closed because door frames aren't straight, etc. AC/Heat system covers everything in layer of dust & grit. Maintenance claims all is Okay.
Though community is gated, late night traffic is loud and questionable if they are tenants. Crimes though not numerous have been serious i.e. Armed Robbery and recently 2 homicides.
Apartment comes with internet service from Pangeatech.com (addtional charge). Strongly do not recommend this "high speed" ISP. It does not meet its own advertised speeds. IT staff aren't up to par and give rediculous excuses for problems.
Andante Management prior to current crew, was attentive to tenants needs and "on the job". Current management team is arrogant and lack basic management skills. They seldom inspect the community, solicit input from tenants, or demonstrate a sincere interest in the community. On a positive note, they do collect the rent on time - without exception.
