This complex leaves a lot to be desired.
To this day I have yet to be able to get in touch with the courtesy officer who is supposed to be on property for "after hours" problems.
The noise is awful coming from other apartments and if you say something to one of the office employees they inform you to call the "invisible" courtesy officer.
The heck with that I ended up calling Phoenix police more than once.
The only time any security was visible was after the murders happened on site.
With the exception of Brian, the rest of the office staff have serious attitude problems.
And don't even consider going month-to-month after your lease expires.
Not only do you go to rack rate, but add an additional $75 a month on top of that.
My rent increased $165 a month since the lease ended.
