I've only been living here for over six months, just enough time for our house to be done. When we first moved in, there were great specials which we thought would benefit us more. We received a two-bedroom apartment for a cheaper price than our previous one-bedroom apartment at another complex. Personally, I think the specials here are great.

We were excited at the thought of fast internet, considering they had T1 internet. Don't be fooled by that. The service is like crap. It's either down or really slow. The only time internet is fast is when everyone else is sleeping, usually after midnight, since the connection is shared by the whole apartment complex. Pangeatech is the only provider for not just internet, but water as well.

Another problem we encounter is limited parking. After a certain time, i.e. 8pm, parking is hard to find. We usually have to drive around the area before even locating an available spot, and it's usually on the other side of the complex.

Our neighbors aren't so bad, except for the one that just moved in downstairs. It's usually quiet. I think the only problem here was a recent murder, which wasn't the apartment managers fault. Instead, it was due to a 'crazy' person.

I would recommend this complex to anyone who doesn't care about internet speed, lack of parking, and a monopoly or service by Pangeatech.
