Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I've lived in this complex for two and a half years. I haven't had excessive problems with bugs (occasional crickets), have had no scorpions (I'm on the third floor), and have not had too much difficulty with noisy neighbors. I actually think the rent (with incentives) is a bargain, especially for the location.
