Look at the wonderful things this community has to offer, no one ever chooses to focus on the good.

Yes, murders happen, rape happens, Phoenix is number 1 in the country for car break ins and theft it can occur in the parking lot of a mall in broad daylight.


Scorpions are indigenous to Arizona and if you can't get that through your head I suggest you move out of the desert.

You get Giant tubs, washers and dryers, the opportunity for garages, and amenities galore, as well as a great new office staff.

You all need to stop focusing on the stuff that happens in every apartment complex in the Phoenix area and focus on the good.

FYI, if you seal the apartment well you can stop the scorpions from getting in, I had the problem and did it and haven't seen one in almost two years, so get off your own butt and take some initiative.

How do you go about sealing the apartment? I really like living in Andante, my only issue with it is the scorpions!

You can make sure your weather stripping is always sealed, if you see a light around the door get it fixed, make sure that the areas around your pipes and fridge, stove, etc. are all caulked well, and if you put window netting in your vents it stops them from getting out through air vents, works like a charm and also get sprayed if not once a month every other month to kill off any food source
