This was a nice place until about two years ago now it's your'e typical Phoenix apt they let in any scum bag that can pay rent, it's your'e typical loud obnoxious ------- neighbors I have been sleeping on the couch for the past 3 days due to my next door niegbors dog howling , the other night she threw a party till 3:00 in the mornig and there were people fist fighting outside my apt.If it isn't the next door neighbor cranking thier music it's car alarms going off at 3:00 am I complained to the office and they did nothing.
They just smile and nod and say "I'll get right on it".
this apt complex is becoming full of nothing but college punks.
This is going to be a really bad place to live in two more years, I do not recomend big time the internet sucks and the workout room is a joke, the machines have been broken for six months.(end note)
My lease is up at the end of may, I just got my notice, they want to raise my rent over 125.00 to renew, in the 4 years that I lived here my rent has gone up over 200.00 since the new owners took over, I'm so glad to be leaving this dump.
