Andante

 

Andante was a wonderful place to live under the old managment company, but with the new managment, the changes have been awful.
For example:
1) you cannot receive packages from the postal office.

I spoke with the manager of the Post Office, and they said the manager of Andante refused to meet with her.
2) gates - not so secure! you'd think after the murders that that would be the number one thing they fix.

not so.

Good luck getting in and out of the side entrances.
3) element protection - you'd assume with an apartment that you'd be protected from the rain, right' Not so much.

After two MAJOR leaks, where they had to rip out half my kitchen to control the mold damage, one would assume they'd fix the roof.

Nope.
4) rates.

WOW.

My rental rate went up over 20%
5) utlities - hope you don't need the internet.

Andante was wired through pangeatech, and they are just awful.

Expensive, and very poor connection speeds.

The new water company they got is VERY expensive.

Don't let them tell you it's a competitive rate.

It is outrageous.
6) parking spaces - hope you like walking far to your car.

It's really too bad Andante was sold, it was a wonderful community with wonderful staff.

All but one of the maintence guys were let go.

Think twice before signing a lease.
