Not recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Very frequent car thefts and car break ins. Perhaps this is because of the location of the complex, Near to the major highways and facing the back of a mall. I've seen teenagers jumping over the fence a lot of times. Office staff are very very friendly only during the lease. They are espeicially rude when you go to them to complain a problem. Lots of bugs but you can request a bug seal to the office. We also had bugs problems but it went away after the sealing doors and suspicious windows.
