The property mangement at Andante could be considered slum lords. While Andante is in a nice area of town. They do not hold up there agreement with renters. Our apartment was recently flooded because of faulty fire sprinklers. It has now been seven days and they have done nothing to improve our apartment or living situation. you can never find the manager because he is never at the property. You can not get internet unless you order it from them and we still have a unresolved issue with our water bill which has not been taken care of for three months.
