It's unfortunate that people only offer their opionion when they think they are going to make a negative impact or because they are just mad at the world and THEY feel the need to express that.

Fortunately, I lived at Andante for 2 years and seriously I had no issues with the staff. Never saw 1 single scorpion, roach or cricket nor did I have issues with any tenant(s). The only reason I moved out of this property was because we bought a house. Otherwise, I would still live there.

I did notice, that with the rate changes, the property certainly got rid of people that could not afford to live in the area.

Unfortunately, the economy does change and therefore, so do rates. Especially, in a good area. You pay for what you get and people fail to realize that.

In conclusion, do go view the property and form your own opinion but please do not go by what people write on here as it would do you a deservice if you did.
