I am really tired of all the negativity about Andante. It may have been a 2 when the old management company was here, but ever since the new management came in about a year and a half ago, everything has improved. I'd rate it a 4.5! Especially the maintenence staff. When I put a work order in, it's taken care of right away and they never have to come back to fix the same thing. There are alot of ASU student's, but its because it appeals to them. It's in a great area and is a short commute to the school. It is an apartment complex, not your personal home. If there are too many student's around, I would suggest moving since you seem to want a house, not an apartment.
