Horrible Customer Service!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I never knew how bad this place could be. I went through the scorpions and crickets. I have the low speed Internet that is impossible to talk to anyone about. I only have an Internet connection in the bedroom. The garbage is always overflowing and smelly, I can't even keep my window open because it smells bad outside. However, I never complained once because I liked Brian and Santana, they are fabulous, and it is a very safe area (except for the drug dealers). My biggest complaint is the assistant manager Pam in the front office. The woman is evil and unkind. Watch out if you live here and try to avoid her. You can move into a better apartment at Portofino or San Simeon right down the road for way less then the small, expensive apartments they have here.
