This apartment has a great location but if you like crickets, spiders, and scorpions by all means go ahead. I had an extreme problem with bugs. They were coming in through the walls and through light fixtures. Finally they caulked up all my fixtures and somewhat solved the problem. Then there's the issue of an outside closet. I wouldn't even attempt to go in there! It was cricket heaven. I got my apartment sprayed number of times and it only temporarily solved the problem.

Like the previous resident below, I too have a big problem with the asst. mgr. Pam. I made the mistake of not scheduling a move-out inspection. The reason' I moved out on a Sat. and you need to schedule an inspection 3-days prior to moving out. Well we had crap all over the apt. preparing to move, we haven't gotten to cleaning yet, and they would have charged the hell out of me if they saw the apt. then. So I skipped it. Santana, who I did like, said "Don't worry you don't need it, it's optional." Then I get a letter indicating that I got a total of $295 worth of charges! For what' Cleaning, carpet stains, paint touch-up, and satellite dish move. The cleaning part was outrageous, we spent all Fri. and Sat cleaning a damn 500 sq. ft. apt. Now it should only take you 1/2 day to clean this apt. but we took the time to make it really clean. That apt. was spotless and ALOT cleaner than when we moved in. Carpet Stains, I do admit to that. So I'll absorb the cost for that which was $80. Paint Touch-up, you have got to be kidding me' There was no where that we damaged any walls. It seems like they were charging me for their own maintenance. Satellite Dish move' Direct TV, who they recommend you going through for cable, suggested to me to leave it there. I'm not to bitter on this because Direct TV gave me a credit for it anyway. Pam could not explain any of the cleaning charges and simply said you were SUPPOSED to schedule an inspection. She could not tell us what exactly needed cleaning and pretty much mocked by saying it was only $95. ($295-$200 security deposit). Nothing was ever resolved by talking to her. I hope to speak to apt. mgr. later. For your sake do not move here. I have lived in 5 or 6 different apartments and this is by far the worst experience ever.
