May be a good location for some of us but not all of us. But thats beside the point. I was told that I was not going to have to pay for water and two months into it i get a $50 water bill on top of 850 rent and on top of that $50 for srp. Another thing was the big issue with the internet, everyones confused here, staff had no clue what was going on. There money hungry, instead of offering cox, quest, or anything like that, they get a cheap ass offbrand company called pangeatech. Only one guy at that company knows the littlest thing about internet, only guy you could talk to. Now they run the internet right out the damn leasing office. They say they are now currently getting bids from cox and quest and they'll most likely go with quest. Wanna know why' Cuz they're cheaper! Give your residents quality stuff which is what they pay for. I have also had two of the office staff women hang up on me. That would be pam and susan, man aren't they nice. All in all its a been a ------ experience, i would never recommend living here, ever!

p.s. two people have been murdered in here as well, or so i've read on a different review site.

Your P.S. is true, after I requested an apt. change to a two bedroom becuase I didn't feel safe alone, they let me. What they regretted to inform me was that they moved me into the apt. of the girl who had been MURDERED. We got her mail, her friends came to visit, it was really creepy and sad in memory of the girl that they'd occupy it within 3 months to make profit.

Susan... wouldnt know her head from a hole in the ground, while on the way to show us our appartment, she got lost! its near the maint garage.. a straight drive from the office! as for the murders, they were horrable and I do wonder: how much cleaning did they do before they let someone move in?
