ok so first of all, the andante is a nice LOOKING apartment...BUT!!!>>it has plenty of uneccessary flaws.

LETS START FROM THE BEGINNING...first, the apartment came with alot of things not working..the garbage disposal and the washer was broken, the refrigerator made so much noise! and i had missing shelves in the apartment.

The staff gave me a checkoff list to let them know what wasnt working when i got there, and they told me that they would b ther to fix it within 24hrs.

NEVER HAPPENED!o and some how they came up with a blank check list with my signature on the bottom, i will let u kno y that happened later on n this paragraph.

HERE'S THE BIGGEST PART!>>They have these bright red, small, venemous scorpions that live in the apartments.

There have been several complaints about them and the staff only makes excuses.

so after 2 weeks of my stay i moved out without the 30 day notice and they are tryna charge me $3,000 dollars for not wanting to take a risk and get killed by scorpions.

When i went to turn in my keys, i made all my complaints and even brought up the check list that i gave them and they told me that they didnt have it on file, then they said that it was blank with a signature on it, WOW.

So what im gonna do is bring the media in this situation, AND HOPEFULLY I CAN GET SOME LEGAL HELP.

I just really dont believe that i should have to pay all that money for living ther only 14 days.

i left the apartment spotless(the same as it was given) i payed for the 14 days i was there.

and how could i give a 30 day notice when i only stayed for 2 weeks.

im not gonna warn them about me moving out when they couldnt warn me about the scorpion problem, IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT A SCORPION PROBLEM I WOULD NOT HAVE MOVED IN THAT ---- HOLE!! IF ANYONE HAS SUGGESTION ABOUT HOW I CAN FIGHT THIS LEGALLY OR IF U WANNA GET TOGETHER AND GANG UP ON THEM, RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW.
