You must ask youself one question, do you believe the hype' You probably should.

I have been a resident here for about a year now.

to date i have caught 1 peeping tom, prevented 1 car breake in, had a monstor scorpian problem (unavoidable in this area, its open desert to the south) and some of the most inconsiderate rude nieghbors i have had to date.

The unit itself is big, and has an attatched gargae, the reason I moved in.

Shody craftsmenship on upkeep of unit my property management.

Horribal sound isolation, live on top floor only in this complex, the ceilings have little if any sound isolation material.

parking with out a asigned spot is a joke.

there is no noise ordanise in effect like other complexes.

If you complain about a problematic nieghbor, they will call them, send them a letter, then do nothing else.

The managment will also fail to return your messages both email and phone.

the manager eric, manages several other units in the valley, and does little if anything to resolve standing problems.

maintenance staff is very friendly.

there is no secondary locks in units, only 1 deabolt, and no door bells.

i have had the problem of complex staff entering twice now will i was sleeping after a long night at work.

dont fall for the refer a friend thing, they still have not paid me for refering a friend
