Im currently a new resident of andante Apartments and let me tell you what i recently found underneath my piture frames that are hanging on the wall.
SCORPIONS!Ive lived in Arizona for over 15 years and have never had scorpions.(I also live on the 3rd floor thinking i would be safer)Managment says AZ is there natural habitat and are indigenous to the area.The real reason is because the company that built this place didnt care to take the time and money to bomb the ground for scorpions.

Where did you live? I moved here 5 years ago in Northern Phoenix in a complex that was 20 years old and saw my first scorpion within a month, even if the builders nuked the ground they wouldn't die

I can understand the scorpions but the customer service the managment team provides is the worst i have ever come acroos.I was in the SPA along with my son and found a HUGE RAT inside the filter!! My son and i were swimming with a FREAKING RAT!( who knows how many other people were there before me!)Some stupid kids might have put it there as a prank or it couldve fallen in there but when i called in to report this, all the lady had to say was "i will let maintance know ".
