*Staff falsifies documentation**LIARS!!!

I pride myself on being a wise consumer.

I did the appropriate research and read all the reviews others before me had posted.

And like a fool, I chose to ignore them!! I moved in July 2007 and have regretted in daily.

First off, I have never seen so many cockroaches, ants and scorpions.

It took numerous complaints and finally photo documentation and speaking with the manager in person to get the exterminator to my apartment.

The swimming pool is hardly cleaned, the electrical outlets and the pool work sometimes and not others.

And the most outrageous thing just happened to me.

I went into the office to give my 30 days notice as my lease is over July 30, 2008.

Luckily, I had brought a photocopy of my lease with me.

When the staff pulled out my file the first page of THEIR lease stated my end date was August 30, 2008 and my initials "MCH" were at the bottom...only NOT IN MY HANDWRITING!!! Essentially, someone at this office falsified documentation.

I plan on writing a letter to the BBB along with the CEO and management of this complex.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!
