THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX YOU COULD EVER CHOOSE. Don't let their nice appearance on the outside fool you like it did me. My husband and I chose to live in these apartments for 2 months while our house was being built and we regretted our decision every day. The main reason we were so disappointed with these apartments is the pest problems. It started with a few roaches. By the time we were there for 4 weeks we had encountered countless roaches, infestations of mosquitoes, a variety of spiders, a bee hive right outside the front door and even a scorpion. Luckily we had an apartment with a garage or we would not have been able to leave the apartment for 2 days because that is how long it took them to clear the bees from the bee hive. According to maintenance bee hives are a common occurrence in this complex. As if the pests were not bad enough the employees at this place are despicable. They make it seem like everything is your fault and are very rude. They rarely answer the phone and when they do they are not happy about it. As another reviewer stated they force you to use their internal internet and cable company which is ridiculously slow and extremely frustrating. On top of that the walls are very thin and the noise from neighbors is very loud. I just hope this review saves at least 1 person from having to go through the pain and suffering of life at Andante.

I think that you are the ridiculous one, I have never had an issue with the office staff and they have always treated me with kindness. If you don't like scorpions than move out of arizona because they are indigenous to the area and FYI since you are moving into a newly built house on freshly constructed land you WILL HAVE SCORPIONS IN YOUR HOUSE!!!!! Who are you going to blame that one on? Another thing, if you have bees attached to your new house are you going to knock it down yourself or call an exterminator? Bugs are everywhere, you need to live with it. I too had scorpions in my apt. but the maintenance staff came and sealed my apt. and I have seen maybe 1 in 1 year which is pretty dang good considering all of Ahwatukee has them. Please don't pay attention to the people above, Andante is a great place to live and yes they may have scorpions but its more common to find places that do than dont unless you wanna live in the getto.

notsaying33 is way off. I have had more then 10 scorpians in my place in a year at Andante. Ive live in AZ for 4 years and lived at 5 differnt apartment buildings all over the valley and this is the only place I have ever seen a scorpian. The staff is the worst of any place I have ever lived. EXTREMLY RUDE!

In response to Notsaying33...I am an Arizona native and have lived in Ahwatukee for 6 years. I never had had a scorpion in my house before I lived at Andante! I don't know what makes you think you're an expert. There are plenty of new construction homes (such as mine) that are scorpion free. Do you own stock in Andante or something? That is the only logical reason I can come up with for your positive post.

notsaying33, just to throw this out there I have lived in an apartment complex very close to Andante, and have never not once seen a scorpion. So it really is not all of Awhatukee.

notsaying33, you're an idiot and a moron. I lived in Phoenix for 13 years and not once did I ever come across a scorpion in the three homes I have lived in. You're either an employee or a trailerpark shill for the apartment management.

we have lived her for a week and we have already seen scorpions, but not inside of the apartment, i havent been mistreated by the staff, the mesquitoes are bad but i grow up in the country all of my life and that is a part of country living, my husband and me self looked at several apartments and this is the nicest one out there....

I WAS THINKING OF MOVING IN HERE RECENTLY AND AM GLAD I DID NOT. I HAVE SEEN MAINLY ALL NEGATIVE ABOUT THIS PLACE , AND YES THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE RUDE!!!!!! I think they need to be reported and put out of business!!!
