The apartment complex is in a really nice area, I have had no problems with noise (and I live right by the pool), or with anyone messing with my car or anything.

The staff here are really nice before you sign the lease, afterward they still get the job done but their people skills are kind of lacking.

Maintenance is good, they always come during the appointment time which is a big plus.

The grounds are also kept looking nice as well.

The apartment layouts are great.

I will say I live on the first floor and I have never seen so many bugs in my life and my neighbors say the same.

Since I have moved here their have been at least 8 roaches in my apartment and I will walk outside and sometimes see 10 dead roaches at a time laying in the hall way.

These little fruit flies are everywhere, they fly all over the apartment, I have found them in my fridge.

Crickets are common too.

Now scorpions are also just about everywhere you look in all sizes, some are as big as my hand others are the size of my pinky nail.

I have two small dogs and I am always afraid they are going to be stung.

If you are going to live here plan on investing in a LOT of Raid! Maybe the 2nd and 3rd floors are better with the bug situation as well.My only other complaint is people let their dogs swim in the pool all the time, if you are not a dog lover do not move here! Lastly they updated their internet provider since I have been here and it is great now.
