I've lived in Andante for four years and wanted to offer my experience. On the positives, I feel like the layout and storage in my one bedroom, one bath are above average. The maintenance staff has always been awesome and very responsive. The property is pretty quiet and outside of a car radio theft, I haven't had any issues. In contrast to others, my interaction with the office staff has been reasonably pleasant. All in all, I enjoy living here immensely!

The negatives included roaches when I first moved in. Since then, I've had occasional sprays (April-Sept) and this along with keeping my drains closed resolved this problem. I have never seen a scorpian in my building or anywhere on the property. They may exist, but that has not been my experience. The carpet is poor quality, but the leasing staff did offer to clean it free at lease renewal which is nice. I also sometimes hear my neighbors but they usually cut any music by 10:00 pm and are fairly courteous. The pet policy regarding deposits is expensive with an upfront fee/deposit plus pet rent. So, no pets for me. But, it is a pet friendly community and lots of my neighbors have big dogs.

I've been looking for a new apartment because I need something a little less per month which brought me to this website. It is hard to find something that I like as much as Andante. I'd recommend it to a friend.

i think you got lucky with your apartment that did not have scorpian issues. i guess there will always be some people that have good experiences but i have to say that would not be mine.
