Well I read a ton of reviews about the Scorpians...

I didnt have this issue at all thankfully but I did have many other issues.
The staff sucks, they are rude.
The construction is very poor and there is a huge problem with noise.

Paper walls and noisy people make for sleepless nights and annoying interruptions.
I cannot stress this enough, as I have lived in probably 10 different apartments in my life, and none have been this noisy or crappy construction.
The internet is ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! You cannot get good internet because they make you use their internet provider which is so horrible and useless.
There was crime when I was living there, probably because of its proximity to the freeway, but I was not affected by the crime.

The neighborhood is fantastic in general and one of the better neighborhoods in Phoenix.
I live in California now and would never move back to Arizona, but if I ever did, I would live in the same neighborhood...
For the price, you can now rent a house in this real estate market.
Parking was great, no problems there.

When I moved out they tried to get me to pay a huge amount and lose my deposit, which I got out of with the help of a lawyer.
The poor shoddy construction and noise alone makes this place suck entirely.

I was chopping onions one night for dinner, and I got a threatening noise complaint from the office saying I was being noisy! Now imagine the kind of noise when your neighbor is watching TV or having friends over...
This is a pass, people.
