Andover is a Great Place to Live . . .

First of all, Andover is in a great location.
Everything is convenient for this property that's right smack in the middle of the valley.
It would be hard to find a better urban-living apartment complex.
We were happy with the management from the first day we spoke with them.
They are professional, yet personable and friendly.
They bend over backwards to care for your needs.
They try hard to promote a true spirit of community.
The maintenance staff is qualified, courteous, and responsive.
They are working hard from the crack of dawn keeping Andover clean and well maintained.
Oh, and what other property has free Sunday brunch every week' (We haven't missed one since we moved in!) This on top of the occasional Happy Hour.
We have made some great friends here because of these activities.
We have read some of the negative complaints.
They don't reflect our experience.
Unfortunately, for the most part, the disgruntled are the only ones to take the time to comment.
But I'm sure you will find that the vast majority of residents at Andover are happy to be here.
