Not many people can say that they live in the midst of downtown Phoenix and feel safe. The gated community, alarm systems, key entry pool, and garage entry way always made my family feel at ease. We never really had any problems, if things broke management fixed them promptly. The only thing that I felt was some what ridiculous was the cost to replace your garage door opener... 50.00!!!! Thats nuts! It was a nice place..
