Horrible place to live

I just spent the last two years living here and for the first year in a half it was ok.
From the outside and inside it is a great place to live.
It is kept up very well.
However the management is not very friendly and there is a lot of loud music and parties held here.
The management does not take a personal approach and it is not easy to talk to the manager as she is hardly around.
For how much we paid in rent, I expected high quality serivce.
They are not helpful when you have a problem and do not handle problems personally.
