The management and staff are terrible. They will treat you like crap after you sign a lease. Don't do it.

The same review is posted on every Gray Clow page because they are all bad. The management stinks. I guess you couldn't figure that out cindylouhoo. You must work for Gray Clow- all they hire are idiots.

Hello! I am the Community Manager at Andover Park Apartment Homes since June of 2003. I can honestly say that we have a true Community here at Andover Park. Our team at Andover Park has a sincere desire to keep our residents happy by treating them fairly and with the respect they deserve throughout their stay with us. I encourage anyone who has a concern to speak with me personally, so that I may do what I can to ensure our resident's continued happiness at Andover Park. I believe that this is the goal of all of Gray Clow's communities. It is unfortunate that someone had an unpleasant experience at one of our communities, but I can assure anyone looking to move to the Phoenix area that they will enjoy their stay with us! Hey Camelback7--Gray Clow has some of the nicest places I've ever seen, and you're an idiot if you can't get along with the Manager at Andover Park. She has always been professional, friendly, and very helpful to me. If you have a problem, maybe it's you, not them. Do you even live there, or are you some bitter person from another apartment complex? Grow up!

How do you justify that all Gray Clow communities are bad, Camelback7? Have you lived at every single one of them? Even if, for the sake of argument, that was the case, who in there right mind would keep going from community to community if all there experiences were bad?! And if that isn't the case, I go back to my original point....HOW DO YOU JUSTIFY THAT ALL GRAY CLOW COMMUNITIES ARE BAD, IF YOU HAVEN'T LIVED AT THEM ALL?! It just seems very silly to me!
