Recently, my husband and I found out that they are turning these apartments into condos. Initially, we were a little panicked considering how much we love living here. But then we realized that it might be a good opportunity to live here permanently. We recently passed our 1 year of living here and we really love it here. There are always pros and cons of every apartment complex. Here, however the pros far outweigh the cons. I agree with one reviewer about not getting a copy of our lease but a copy was promptly given to us when asked. We have not had any problems with the staff and/or management and/or maintenance. All have always been friendly and courteous. Whenever we have needed repairs or maintenance, 9 times out of 10, the response was timely. I think once we had to call and find out why they were taking so long which isn't bad in a year's time. I don't like the fact that I can hear my neighbors running up and down the stairs and sometimes talking. I'm sure they can probably hear us, too, but like I said before, the pros outweigh the cons.

I love the fact that they keep adding plants to the grounds and I love the "functions" the management puts on for the residents. Beer and bratwursts by the pool was by far my favorite and I really enjoyed the Halloween party that was adult and family friendly.

We really like our apartment. I think the walk-in closets could be bigger but I probably need less clothes. I also wish the parking situation was better. I think it is pretty awful and is my only complaint. I think my only horrible experience upon moving here was having to switch from Cox to Qwest. Qwest screwed up so many things our first few weeks but we were forced to use their service.

The proximity to everything is awesome. I love that we walk one block to Central Ave. for parades and street fairs. The airport is 10 minutes away which is very convenient. The fact that we live in the heart of the city and the complex is very quiet is great.

I think this place stands out compared to other partment complexes.
