Do not rent in any Grey Olson Residential property. I agree one hundred percent with the other negative reviews of Andover Park. I started out at Indigo Palms and ended up at Andover Park, and although my story is too long to tell here, I will just say that it is not worth it. Stay clear of this place! The management is irresponsable, does not respond to messages in a timely fashion if at all, is not helpful, could not care less about you or any problem you may have. They are a bunch of cold, heartless, despicable people. They want your exorbitant rent and that's it.
