It Was The Best From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/15/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   It was a good place to live and now they are rated the most getto place in the south side. I lived there when Elena & Ruby where running the whole place and they are awesome people but management is stupid and changed them. Not only does the place look getto now it is getto. Their maintenance is all mexican probably illegals and when you have a work order they take for ever and you cant understand maintenance. The new managers all come and go because they are not good enough.
