These apartments are horrible. When I moved in the appliance did not work.The ceiling fan in the living room was ripped from the ceiling and the wires were hanging from it. I was not told that pest control was comming to spray on my move in date.An hour after I moved in all my belongings, pest control is at the door telling me that I must leave for at least 4 hrs. He left because he said that he could not wait for me to empty all the cupboards, so I had to reschedule. In the meantime I noticed smashed dead roaches in the floor corners of the bathroom and kitchen.I went to talk with the staff and they denied that there was a roach problem at the apartment.Refused to give me another one. I was told the roaches must be from the previous tennants.Pest control came a weak later. I was then told that my apartment was going to need to be treated at least 3 different times.My least expired a couple of months ago so I gave them my 30 day notice and the staff was very unfriendly.I was told that since I paid from month to month that there had been a 100 dollar fee added to my rent for the last couple of months, which I knew nothing about.I've always paid my rent on time and was never told of the rent increase.Tried talking with the staff in the office and they were very rude. I was told that I got a letter stating this, I never recieved a letter so I ask them to show me a copy of the letter that I should've recieved.They checked my file and guess what thier was no such letter.They finally admitted that a letter was never sent but still insists that I have to pay the extra money because they have the right to increase rent if a tennant pays month to month. The parking lots seems to have trash in it. Broken glass has been there for months as well as the dried up ketchup that s spattered all over the walk way. Each tim e I went to the fitness center the equipment was broken, so I stop going I guess its not going to be fixed any time soon. I called maintence to come fix the garbage disposal and the fan that keeps comming detatched from the celling 4 days ago and have yet to see anyone come to fix them.I would not reccommend any one to move here.I'ts been truly a nightmare.
