I wish I had read how Arcadia Cove was rated prior to movig there. Living here has been a TOTAL nightmare! No parking, office staff rude and unhelpful, the landscapers blew in fromt of my apartment monday thru friday at 7:30 am or earlier, and continued to blow ALL day long during the months of October-April (forget having your windows open!), I came home to a GUN shot through my livingroom window! If you plan on getting peace and quiet and sleeping EVER do not live here.

I forgot one other thing upon my move in I soon found, BUGS, little bugs in the carpet and kitchen. They were baby nats! Again no sympathy from the office, they acted like this was not their issue.

I've been here for 5 years now and I'm really sick and tired of these ridiculous postings. What do think is going to happen when you call and curse out the staff, or have 3 cars, in PHOENIX?!!! Paradise? I can't say it's the Ritz but come on people, get real. I see It all the time. I was in the office, RECEIVING GREAT SERVICE BY THE WAY, when some nut comes in crying because SHE can't pay her rent on time. She rudely interrupted my service saying "her purse was stolen at work". Then when the guy asked her to calm down and he would be with her shortly she proceeded to curse louder, calling him a bastard and stormed out. And guess what? He turned his attention back to me as if nothing happened. He kept a cool head and APOLOGIZED for HER behavior. If anyone is reading this review and think they would make a good neighbor please apply. The place is clean, cheap, and in a good location. Lord knows we could use some new and better neighbors.

I've lived here for almost two years and I think the office staff is very cool. Jim has been the best. They're just as nice as any other apt complex. I can't explain the gunshot or bugs. Never had those probs. That gunshot thing really surprised me. Yes they do landscaping a little early but at least its never on the weekends.
