We have lived at Arcadia Cove for almost 2 years now and overall it's not bad.
Pro's: The management and staff are nice,one staff member who was horrible was replaced thank goodness! They have a small gym, nice pool/spa area's, quiet complex, fairly central location-close to Scottsdale, Tempe, and central Phoenix.
No pest problems, good maintenance, and courtesy patrol.
Con's: The area around the apartment complex can be sketchy...there is a nice Target and a new starbucks close by, but the Wal-mart is scary and we had our bikes stolen off our front steps-only left outside for a few hours (upstairs apartment even!) The price seems a bit inflated and they do charge for everything (trash, water, taxes, electric, cable) we also have had increases in these fees since moving in.
The gym is OK, but is ALWAYS too hot and smells funny:/ The speed bumps here are such a pain!
Overall I would recommend living here-especially if you can get a good rent special!

I hope it was that lady staff member. She was screeching at my parents when they came to visit. We had the dog around (not IN)the pool area and did not realize she could not be there.
