Happy Renter From: marcyskous Date posted: 1/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived here since 3/06 and I have been really happy overall. I dont hear my neighbors through the walls and ceiling. Grounds are lovely. Maintenance and staff are very professional and customer service oriented. Parking isn't the best. One space per apartment and other residents like to park in your spot once in awhile. Great central location. Rates are good and I feel safe here.
