Good and Bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004 1 response   Good-- a diamond in the ruff. Bad-- Once you leave the property someone may jump in front of your car trying to commit suicide (true story). Good-- Third floor views and trendy designs Bad-- You can see those people on the balcony, their ugly, naked, and are her legs spread' Good-- not far from a great local bar and good food. Bad-- expect to stay out late, because when you get home the party will be there until 4 in the morning and you know when it's over because everyone has to do a burn out on the way out.
