Arioso City Lofts

Three Years and Counting From: sfo2phx Date posted: 4/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   Maybe I just lucked out when I moved to Arioso a little over three years ago, but I've had none of the problems so many people here have written about. The only thing I've noticed is the high turnover of tenants in my particular building. In those three years I've had probably four different neighbors across the breezeway and the same number immediately upstairs. All of whom, however, have been quiet. My infrequent maintenance requests have been taken care of within 48 hours after being placed. While this service has deteriorated since I first moved in (at the time things were fixed same day), it hasn't been a huge inconvenience. They are attempting to rectify the security problems, most recently hiring a full-time security company to patrol the grounds. The "Big Brother" DO YOU HAVE YOUR PAPERS aspect troubles me, but I can understand why they're doing it in light of the postings I've read here.
